1. Create a Customer Account System on the Company web site.
1.1. The customer should be able to register a new user log in, in a registration form on the web site.
1.2. The registration must be authorized by an administrator and an access level assigned which will determine which information the customer will have access to.
1.3. When the registration is authorized by an administrator, a user account should be created which the customer can log in to.
1.4. When the customer logs in, the customer should be able to view data they are authorized to view according to their access level.
1.5. When the customer logs in, the customer should be able to update their own information.
1.6. When the customer logs in, the customer should be able to remove their own information and log in.
1.7. When the customer removes their own information and log in, this should simply flag their account for removal by an administrator.
2. Create an Administrator Interface for Managing Customer accounts
2.1. The Administrator should be able to browse all Users.
2.2. The Administrator should be able to search all Users.
2.3. The Administrator should be able to create new user accounts with a New User Registration Form that also allows them to set the Access Level of the User and Authorizes the User automatically.
2.4. The Administrator should be able to modify any Users from either a Browse List or Search results list.
2.5. The Administrator should be able to remove any Users from either a Browse List or Search results list.
2.6. The Administrator should be able to browse all User accounts which have been created by Users and are waiting for an Access Level to be assigned and Authorization.
2.7. The Administrator should be able to assign an Access Level and Authorize the new User from that Browse List of all User accounts which have been created by Users and are waiting for an Access Level to be assigned and Authorization.
2.8. The Administrator should be able to browse all User accounts which have been flagged for removal by Users.
2.9. The Administrator should be able to remove all User accounts which have been flagged for removal by Users from that Browse List of all User accounts which have been flagged by Users for removal.
